A sales presentation doesn’t begin when you are telling and showing the prospect how you’ll solve their problems. It begins before you walk in the door to give the presentation. It begins with doing your homework on the company or person you’re presenting to and continues through the follow up after the sale.

Make sure you’ve done your homework on the company, the people you’re meeting with and as much as you can find out about their problems in advance. Customizing and practicing as much of the specific presentation you’ll give to them before you walk in the door is one of many sales presentation skills you must master.

Connect with your audience, make friends with them before you begin your presentation. If they don’t warm up to you or they aren’t friendly…leave. You’re not going to make the sale anyway so why waste your time?

If you have a fear of speaking or are nervous in a sales presentation, the prospects will spot that and loose confidence in you. Get over your fear of speaking. It’s not ok to be nervous. You need to come across as being extremely confident. An important sales presentation skill of top sales people is public speaking. Take a public speaking course, join Toastmasters, do what ever is necessary to feel comfortable and confident speaking to one or a hundred people.

A sales presentation should be perfect evey time. So how do you make it perfect? Practice, Practice, Practice. When I started in real estate I carried a cassette recorder with me and when I gave a listing presentation I would ask the couple or person if they would mind if I recorded it. I told them it was for my benefit and would help me become better at what I do.

Then I listened to the recording and learned how I sounded, what I said, how I said it, how persuasive I was and in the end how successful I was. It helped me understand what I did right, what I did wrong and what I would do different the next time.

Develop the right attitude. Become so confident in your product or service and the benefits it provides that your shocked when someone doesn’t want to buy it. You need to have the attitude that someone would have to crazy not to buy your product.

Also, go in with the attitude that you don’t need the sale. If it’s the end of the month, it’s a big sale or you need the money, it’s likely your prospect will sense you urgency.

You spent the time finding the lead and making the appointment, don’t waste the sales opportunity by not mastering the sales presentation skills to give a great sales presentation.

The hardest part of a low carb diet is trying to figure out what you can eat and what is forbidden. There are tons of foods that are high in carbs that you would be shocked to learn about. You are raised to assume that any fruit or vegetable is good to eat but this is not the case at all if you are on a low carb diet. Many of your favorite fruits and veggies will have to be cut down drastically if not out completely. Having a good low carb food list can make figuring out what is allowed much simpler for the whole family.

Processed meat is always a no-no. It is filled with gross fillers that are unhealthy for one and full of carbs for another. These kinds meats are actually cured with carbohydrates and sugars.

Here are some unprocessed meats that you should be incorporating into your low carb diet:

You already know the benefits of article marketing and would like to write as many articles as possible for article submission to directories. However, for some of you, writing even one article seems to be a lot of work. Let alone many. And you wonder – even if you did manage to put in the effort, would anyone read your content at all? After all, there are so many articles being written daily by people all over the world on the same subject. Why would a reader pick your article over others?

Before you think you will be wasting your time, consider this. Your prospect is likely to be searching for information that your article contains. While the information may be the same from article to article on the same subject, the way that you present can have a vast impact on article readership. If you can present information in a creative manner or in ways that have been proven to work, then it is likely that your article will be read from top to bottom and read by many as well.

Writing a good article doesn’t have to be strenuous and painful exercise. Once you get the hang of it, writing articles can be fun and easy to produce. Of course, it is preferable that you are knowledgeable about the topic that you are writing about. Without sufficient knowledge, it is hard to make your articles creative and interesting.

Here are 7 sure fire ways to ensure that your articles get read:

1) Use short paragraphs. Short paragraphs makes the article easy to read. When there is hardly any paragraphing, the article appears lengthy. This tends to put off a prospective reader.

2) Make use of numbers or bullets. It has been shown that readers like to read bulleted lists. Readers like tips presented in a short succint manner, so that they are easy to follow.

3) Use sub-headings to break your article into sections. This makes it easy for the reader to recognise that you have moved from one point to the next.

4) Provide a good attention-grabbing title or header. An enticing title attracts a prospective reader. Use keywords in the titles to help draw his or her attention. For instance, a title like “7 easy ways to look 10 years younger” for an anti-aging article sounds appealing.

5) Keep your reader interested from the start to the finish. You want to make the reading experience pleasurable and enjoyable. This can be achieved by using examples, real life situations, similes and vivid descriptions. You want to ensure that your reader reads to the bottom of the article where the author’s resource box is.

6) Utilize figures when necessary and not just ordinary and general statements. Using specific facts and figures give your article more weight and makes your reader sit up in attention.

7) Project a positive or a call-to-action tone in your article. No one likes to read an article that has no zest. If you get your reader excited and wanting to find out more, he or she will get to the bottom of the article and click through the hyerperlink to your site. Then, that will be mission accomplished!

Use these sales presentation tips to get your prospect emotionally involved in your product or service and you’ll boost your sales.

Sales Presentation Tip #1 – Practice and Customize Your Presentation

Take time to practice your presentation many times before using it in a real live sales situation. You should know your presentation backwards and forwards, word for word. Never take notes to a sales presentation and referr to or read from them. That is so unprofessional.

Customize your presentation for each individual prospect. One of the worst things you can do is give a presentation that appears to the prospect has been given to every other person you sell to.

Sales Presentation Tip #2 – Build Rapport and Qualify

Make sure you build rapport, and qualified the prospect thoroughly before you dive in to your presentation. People buy from people they like and trust, so spend adequate time on rapport building.

The same goes for qualifying. Make sure you’re clear as to what the prospects problem is before presenting your product or service as the solution. The problems you uncover will determine how you customize your presentation and how your product or service solves their problems.

Sales Presentation Tip #3 – Be Friendly, Enthusiastic and Professional Looking

Remember, people are more likely to buy from a friend than a salesperson. So spend lots of time becoming their friend. Don’t rush into your presentation. Step back and develop a relationship with them. It will pay huge benefits.

One way to show your enthusiasm is to truly believe your product or service is the best thing to solve their problem. So having an understanding of how your product has helped others is critical.

Being professional looking includes many different areas. Your clothes for one. Make sure your wardrobe is up to date and doesn’t include suits you bought in the nineties. Polish your shoes, cut your nails, shave, get an up to date hair style. There are many ways you can look the part of a successful person. People want to buy from winners, so look like a winner.

Also make sure your presentation visuals are up to date and professional looking. Don’t use articles or testimonials that were written years ago. Get some new ones. Use the lastest technology to show prospects you’re on the cutting edge. I guarantee you most of your competitors aren’t.

Sales Presentation Tip #4 – Use Visual Aids

Your company may all ready have visual aids for you to use. Some things to include are media articles about you and your company. Testimonials you’ve received from satisfied clients. Tell stories about how you’ve helped another customer, especially ones that are similar to the current prospect.

Sales Presentation Tip #5 – Get the Prospect Involved

Using handouts is a great way to get a prospect following along with your presentation. You could play a game during the presentation or have them take a test. Ask them opened ended questions such as:

Do you see how easy this is to use?

What are the features you like the best?

How do you think this will benefit you/your company?

Get creative and come up with ways to get the prospect involved. It sets you apart from the competition.

Sales Presentation Tip #6 – Emphasize Customer Service and Long Term Relationships.

The prospect needs to be sure you won’t sell them and then disappear, never to be heard from again. Talk to them about your involvement in the delivery, training and service after the sale. Also let them know you’re their for the long term. That you’ll be there to help with problems and service. After all, you are the one building the relationship. So assure them you will oversee everything.

A winning sales presentation should answer all your prospects questions, get them excited and lead them to the conclusion that your product or service is the only solution to their problems.

A good nutritious diet is a basic requirement for every individual in order to live a healthy life. Today, health is everyone’s top priority, which can be ensured only by good nutrition. Here are the ten important reasons as well as steps to prove that you must ensure good nutrition if you are willing to lead a healthy life.

1)	A good and well balanced diet assists in development of strong bones and maintenance of normal cell growth pattern, a key to good health.

2)	Consuming food rich in Vitamins after consulting your dietician as per your body’s need help your body to get the vital nutrients and keep you healthy.

3)	Consuming 8 to 10 glasses of water in a day to avoid dehydration and assist in skin cleansing. This is a prerequisite for a healthy and beautiful body.

4)	Certain fruits like apples and oranges are termed to be rich in negative calories and might lead to calorie deficit in you body. The moral is to avoid intake of similar kinds of fruits in a short span of time. This balanced approach for nutrition would help you remain healthy.

5)	Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, as the body has to replenish the low blood sugar level in the morning. It should comprise of food rich in vitamins and minerals and have minimal fat or cholesterol. This increases the strength and endurance of the body. You can include skimmed milk or fresh fruit juice as part of your daily breakfast.

6)	Fruit salad can be consumed before your main meals to decrease your appetite. Many health and diet experts consider fruit salad a necessary component of your daily diet and necessary for god health.

7)	Avoid intake of unhygienic food, especially at a time when you are away from home. It can cause more problems than the delight you derive while having it. Maintaining a healthy food intake will help you avoid diseases- a prerequisite for good health.

Try to stay away from fast foods and that too at irregular hours of the day like in the evening or early morning. Fast foods contain harmful ingredients that are injurious for your health.

9)	There is a prevailing misconception that exercises alone can help you to stay fit and healthy. However, it needs a supplementary role to be played by good nutrition. Nutrition and exercises are two equally important pillars of good health.

10) Stick to your diet and avoid excessively fried food. This would help you stay healthy and free from diseases.

Now that you know the importance of good nutrition and the steps for achieving balanced nutrition, follow a nutritious diet plan and enjoy good health.
